智通财经APP讯，盛业(06069)发布公告，配售协议所载的所有条件已获达成，配售事项已于2025年5月20日完成。根据配售协议条款，合共1748万股配售股份，相当于配售完成前公司已发行股本约1.77%;及经配发及发行配售股份扩大后已发行股本约1.74%，已按每股配售股份11.99港元的配售价成功配售予不少于六名承配人。
配售事项所得款项总额约为2.1亿港元，扣除配售佣金、酌情费用及其他相关开支后，所得款项净额约为2.09亿港元(相当于每股配售股份净发行价约11.94港元)。
