据业内人士透露，韩国互联网银行K-Bank在三次推迟或取消首次公开募股（IPO）计划后，目前正再次寻求上市。

　　去年10月，K-Bank表示，由于投资者需求低迷，将把IPO推迟到今年年初。今年1月，该行决定放弃IPO计划。

　　据消息人士称，K-Bank已向主要券商发出IPO招股书，预计将在下周选定主承销商。

　　该行早些时候报告称，由于利息收入减少，其第一季度净利润同比下降了近70%，至16亿韩元（约合1140万美元）。

　　截止到3月末，K-Bank拥有约1363万用户，比去年同期增加了32%，存款和贷款余额分别为27.8万亿韩元和16.9万亿韩元，比去年同期增加了15.9%和14.8%。
