Sportradar Group AG held its annual general meeting on May 15, 2025. The shareholders approved the Management Report, Consolidated Financial Statements, and Statutory Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2024. The Compensation Report for the same period was endorsed in a non-binding consultative vote. The discharge of all members of the Board of Directors and Executive Management from personal liability for actions in 2024 was also approved. Additionally, Deirdre Mary Bigley, John Andrew Doran, George Fleet, Pascal Keutgens, Carsten Koerl, William Kurtz, Rajani Ramanathan, Marc Walder, and Jeffery W. Yabuki were elected or re-elected as directors.
