消息面上，近日，三生制药在CDE药物临床试验登记与信息公示平台网站登记了一项PD-1/VEGF双抗药物SSGJ-707，在PD-L1 阳性的一线治疗局部晚期或转移性非小细胞肺癌患者中，对比帕博利珠单抗，启动一项随机、对照、双盲 III 期临床研究CTR20251867。
三生制药此前公布，近期于JPM大会上披露的II期临床阶段性分析数据显示，707在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）和转移性结直肠癌（mCRC）患者的治疗上展现出优异的客观缓解率（ORR）和疾病控制率（DCR），尤其在NSCLC适应症上，无论单药还是与化疗联用，707均展示了显著的抗肿瘤活性和良好的安全性。据东吴证券预计，SSGJ-707国内销售峰值约40亿元，海外（欧美）销售峰值有望达到45亿美金。中信建投此前指，公司业绩符合预期，创新药管线加速推进。
