Savers Value Village (SVV) said Friday it closed a secondary offering of 15 million shares offered by Ares Management Private Equity and Opportunistic Credit funds and accounts, along with its chief executive.
Savers Value also said it repurchased nearly 2.3 million shares from the underwriters as part of the offering in a concurrent share buyback.
The company said it funded the repurchase with cash on hand and that it wasn't part of its existing share buyback plan authorized in November 2023.
Savers Value said it didn't receive any proceeds from the shares sold by the selling shareholders.
