据悉，Nyan Heroes 在 Epic 和 Steam 平台上获得超过 25 万玩家预约，四次测试活动累计吸引超过 100 万玩家参与。该游戏曾多次登上 Epic Games 热门和最多人玩榜单，并受到 IGN、Business Insider 和 Game Rant 等传统媒体关注报道。尽管项目方就发行、新投资、补助金和收购等方案进行了多方探讨，但最终未能筹集到完成游戏开发所需的资金。
