TopBuild appointed John Achille as its chief operating officer as of May 16.
Achille was the executive vice president of the company's TruTeam insulation installation business. He previously spent four years in senior roles overseeing the operations of installation and specificity distribution.
Achille joined TopBuild, an insulation and building material distributor and installer, through the acquisition of Coastal Insulation, where he worked as a vice president for 20 years.
The Daytona Beach, Fla.-based company also appointed David Fischer as president of its specialty distribution business.
Fischer served as senior vice president, overseeing the Distribution International Business, for more than three years.
