吴说获悉，嘉楠科技收到纳斯达克通知，称其美国存托股票（ADS）的收盘价连续 30 个交易日低于每股 1.00 美元，不符合纳斯达克上市规则 5550(a)(2) 的最低出价要求。公司有 180 个日历日的宽限期（截至 2025 年 11 月 12 日）来恢复合规，方法是在任意 10 个连续交易日内，其 ADS 的收盘价达到或超过 1.00 美元。若未能在宽限期内恢复合规，嘉楠可能面临退市风险。
