微软7月调整Microsoft 365 免费许可：影响全球40万家非营利组织
IT之家 5 月 17 日消息，科技媒体 WinBuzzer 昨日（5 月 16 日）发布博文，报道称微软宣布将于 2025 年 7 月 1 日开始（或者买断服务合同到期后续约），终止对非营利组织的 Microsoft 365 Business Premium 和 Office 365 E1 免费许可支持。
IT之家注：许多小型非营利组织目前依赖最多 10 个免费 Business Premium 许可，运行电子邮件和云存储等关键服务，而微软的这项新措施，迫使他们寻找替代方案或承担额外费用。
微软解释称，此举是为了“优化资助组合，简化资助产品线”。微软仍将提供最多 300 个免费的 Microsoft 365 Business Basic 许可，并对 Business Premium 等 Microsoft 365 产品提供最高 75% 的折扣。然而，从免费的高级许可转向 Base 许可，意味着失去桌面版 Office 应用和部分高级安全功能。
这一政策引发了非营利社区的广泛担忧。Reddit 上的一名用户估算，小型非营利组织可能因此每年增加约 600 美元的开支。
另一名用户指出，此变化尤其打击了“资金匮乏、每年预算被削减的小型机构”，公共图书馆和博物馆等低预算机构也受到波及。
小型非营利组织 International Misophonia Foundation 在 Change.org 上发起请愿，呼吁微软重新考虑这一决定。他们警告称，此举可能迫使组织支付“数百美元的额外费用”，或失去关键的桌面应用和高级安全保护，全球超过 40 万家非营利组织可能受到影响。
微软通过合作伙伴 Phoenix Software 发布声明，强调其目标是“确保每个非营利组织都能受益于行业领先的解决方案，以保障最高级别的组织安全和生产力”。
