Janus Henderson Group Chief Operating Officer James Lowry plans to leave the asset manager.
Lowry will leave as COO effective May 31, and depart the company on Aug. 31, the company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.
Janus Henderson Administration UK Limited, a subsidiary of the company, will enter into a settlement agreement with Lowry that entitles him to receive certain benefits in connection with his departure, the company said.
Lowry will receive a pro-rated bonus for the 2025 year.
The company didn't disclose a reason for Lowry's departure. He began as COO in October 2021.
