据媒体报道，莫斯科塔甘斯基地区法院依据另外两项涉及LGBT运动宣传的诉讼程序，对苹果分销国际有限公司（Apple Distribution International Ltd．）处以罚款。该运动在俄罗斯已被认定为极端主义组织并遭禁止。

　　法院裁定：“根据两份行政处罚决定书，苹果分销国际有限公司应分别缴纳250万卢布行政罚款。”

　　本周一早些时候，该法院已就同类违法行为对苹果处以250万卢布罚款，至此罚款总额已达750万卢布（约合9.345万美元）。

　　这是苹果公司首次在俄罗斯因宣传非传统价值观承担法律责任。本次听证会采取闭门形式进行，因苹果公司代表表示庭审可能涉及服务运营相关机密数据及其他企业保密信息。

　　此前俄罗斯法院曾多次以不同事由对苹果进行处罚，包括未删除在俄境内被禁信息等。2023年11月，俄罗斯最高法院批准了俄司法部提起的诉讼，认定国际LGBT运动为极端主义组织并予以取缔。
