智通财经APP讯，衍汇亚洲(08210)公布，预期该集团截至2025年3月31日止年度将取得除税后纯利约10万港元，而2024年同期除税后纯利约190万港元。根据董事会目前可得资料，董事会认为有关变动主要归因于以下各项的综合影响(i)收益减少约800万港元;(ii)员工成本减少约480万港元;及(iii)结算费用及错账开支减少约100万港元，上述各项均与交易量下降相符。
