中访网数据  广发证券股份有限公司（以下简称“广发证券”）2025年面向专业投资者公开发行的次级债券（第二期）票面利率已确定。本期债券分为两个品种，其中品种一（债券简称“25广发C3”，债券代码524265）票面利率确定为1.95%，发行规模不超过50亿元（含），发行时间为2025年5月21日至5月22日。品种二（债券简称“25广发C4”）未发行。
