　　绿色动力环保（01330）发布公告，成苏宁先生及胡勇先生已分别获批准委任为执行董事及非执行董事，各自任期将自临时股东大会批准之日起计至第五届董事会任期结束时止。于获委任为董事后，成苏宁先生将担任公司战略委员会主席。

　　董事会进一步宣布，其议决选举执行董事兼公司总经理成苏宁先生担任代理董事长并委任成苏宁先生为上市规则第3.05条项下的公司授权代表，自2025年5月16日起生效。于成苏宁先生获委任为授权代表后，公司拥有两名授权代表，即成苏宁先生及袁颕欣女士，符合上市规则第3.05条。
