消息面上，创新奇智公布，董事会正式决议行使股份购回授权，拟不定时于公开市场购回股份，最高金额不超过1亿元人民币，股份购回期限至股份购回授权到期之日止。股份购回的资金来源为自有资金。购回的股份将被注销或被持作库存股份。
此外，创新奇智昨日晚间发公告称，2025年5月15日，公司与亨利加及钉钉(中国)信息技术有限公司签署战略合作协议。董事会认为，公司、亨利加及钉钉的合作将聚焦于人工智能大模型、智能资产管理及协同平台技术在金融服务场景的创新应用。这一战略协同不仅为创新奇智构建新的增长引擎注入强劲动能，更将全面提升公司在“AI+金融服务”领域的竞争力。
