新华财经上海5月19日电 招商证券研报分析认为，首批26家管理人在公募改革方案落地后正式上报新模式浮动费率基金，首批上报的均为全市场选股的基金，主要对标主流宽基指数，标志着费率改革进入实操阶段。

根据相关介绍新模式浮动费率基金主要有以下看点：基金管理费率与基民持有时间挂钩，有利于减少基金负债端的波动；管理费率与产品持有期内业绩表现挂钩，重构管理人-投资者利益共同体；混合型基金占主导，更加强调均衡布局和收益的稳定性。

上述研报表示，随着头部机构产品落地，头部机构的示范效应带动下，浮动费率基金有望成为主动权益类产品主流。
