智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，5月16日，微创机器人-B(02252)股东将股票由中国证券登记结算香港转入港股通(沪)，转仓市值5.13亿港元，占比3.26%。
5月14日，微创机器人宣布配售2513.65万股新H股，每股作价15.5港元，净筹约3.82亿港元。此外，微创医疗拟出售微创机器人3016.35万股占公司已发行股本的约3%，涉资4.68亿元。紧随配售事项及出售事项完成后，微创医疗持有的微创机器人比例将由48.08%降至43.98%。
瑞银此前发布研报称，微创机器人24年收入同比升146%，符合早前公布的盈利预告；净亏损收窄至6.42亿元人民币，逊于公司预期。单计去年下半年，集团收入及净亏损分别同比增长177%及收窄22%，但均逊于瑞银预期。该行上调集团近期的支出比率预测，在中国及海外市场出现更乐观的趋势出现之前，暂时保持审慎态度。
