智通财经APP获悉，美亚控股(01116)延续上一交易日反弹，今日盘中涨超32%。截至发稿，涨25%，报0.425港元，成交额500.02万港元。
消息面上，美亚控股公告，为提升业务组合，集团一直透过广州美亚发展涉及纳米相变蓄能材料("PCM")技术应用的业务。集团的PCM业务致力提升节能及能源效益，以满足工业及农业的需求。集团已与多所大学建立多项战略合作关系，共同开发PCM相关技术，以提升2024及2025年度PCM业务发展。
值得注意的是，美亚控股受到执董“诉讼风波”、业绩难产等因素影响，自2023年9月29日开始停牌，直到2025年5月9日复牌，停牌逾一年半。而在复牌之后，美亚控股的股价在5月9日放量暴跌了44%，5月12日至5月15日继续下跌44%。
