智通财经APP讯，王朝酒业(00828)发布公告，于2025年5月20日(联交所交易时段后)，本公司全资附属公司王朝酿酒与天津颐养订立补偿协议，王朝酿酒有条件同意向天津颐养交出设备，以换取补偿总额人民币5274.86万元(相当于约5714.9万港元)，即补偿。
设备，其中包括储酒罐、勾兑罐(带搅拌器)、冷冻保温罐(带搅拌器)及调温酒罐，乃安装于该场地，而该场地于本公布日期由天津颐养拥有。
该场地(包括设备)将被征用及拆除以进行重新开发。其中，安装设备的建筑物占用了规划的道路，需要整体拆除。平台公司与天津颐养已就拆除该场地及相关补偿订立场地补偿协议。在根据场地补偿协议应付的补偿中，设备应占的补偿金额(应占补偿)为人民币5274.86万元(相当于约5714.9万港元)，与补偿金额相同。
