报告期内，本集团继续坚定执行“内容+科技”双轮驱动战略，在以内容和IP为核心探索多元化商业模式的前提下，拓展衍生业务覆盖商家与渠道，稳定演出票务平台优势，加大对科技创新的长期投入，积极优化运营管理策略，在不确定的市场环境中，取得了韧性增长。报告期内，IP衍生业务收入与大麦票房同比迅速增长，本集团实现总收入约67.02亿元，与过往期间的约50.36亿元相比，同比增长33%;录得归属于本公司所有者净利润约3.64亿元，与过往期间的约2.85亿元相比，同比增长28%;录得经调整息税及摊销前利润(“经调整EBITA”，一种非香港财务报告准则计量的财务指标)约8.09亿元，与过往期间的约5.04亿元相比，同比增长61%。
