Centuria Partners with US Real Estate Firm to Acquire Sydney Properties

Centuria Capital Group (ASX:CNI) has partnered with US-based real estate investment firm BGO to acquire an about AU$200 million portfolio of industrial properties in Western Sydney, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company will act as investment and property manager and retain a 5% stake in the portfolio which includes three warehouses totaling 45,000 square meters.
