智通财经APP讯，比高集团(08220)发布公告，于2025年5月20日，投资者辉驰(上海)投资咨询有限公司(一间于中国成立的公司，为本公司的间接全资附属公司)与恺兴网络、管理层股东及目标公司杭州极逸人工智能科技订立投资协议，投资者已有条件同意向目标公司注资人民币700万元(相当于约749万港元)。于完成后，目标公司将由恺兴网络、管理层股东、投资者及其他股东分别拥有43%、25%、12%及20%权益，据董事作出一切合理查询后所深知、尽悉及确信，于本公告日期，该等人士为独立于本公司及其关连人士的第三方。
由于本集团主要从事影院投资及管理、电影制作、特许权及衍生作品权、跨界市场推广及提供互动内容业务，董事认为本集团可探索多元化及扩展其服务及产品，以实现可行及可持续发展。
董事会认为，注资将使本集团能够借助恺兴网络的经验和资源，探索生成式人工智能技术及相关领域。由于AIGC能够提高本集团影视主营业务的产品多样性，董事会认为有关探索符合本公司及股东的整体利益。
