格隆汇5月19日丨云工场(02512.HK)发布公告，董事会接获Ru Yi Information Technology Co., LTD(“Ru Yi IT”，为公司控股股东之一)通知，其拟进行出售不超过6900万股公司股份(相当于本公告日期公司已发行股本约15.0%)的计划。据公司所知，截至本公告日期，尚未就出售计划进行任何交易。
于本公告日期，Ru Yi IT由公司董事会主席、行政总裁兼执行董事之一孙涛先生全资拥有。因此，根据上市规则，孙先生及Ru Yi IT被视为公司一组控股股东。出售计划一经落实完成( 假设售出所有出售股份)，Ru Yi IT所持股份数目将由3.45亿股( 相当于本公告日期公司已发行股本总额约75.0% )减至2.76亿股(相当于本公告日期公司已发行股本总额约60.0%)，而孙先生及Ru Yi IT于出售计划后仍将为公司的控股股东。
