格隆汇5月19日丨企展控股(01808.HK)发布公告，公司的间接全资附属公司北京企展边缘计算于2025年5月17日与南京锦铭研和产业投资管理合伙企业(有限合伙)(“有限合伙人I”)及建陆承方(深圳)投资有限公司(“有限合伙人II”)签订合伙协议，共同向北京企通富源企业管理中心（有限合伙)(“企通富源”)出资。
各方同意向企通富源以现金出资，企通富源的认缴出资总额为人民币1.2亿元，其中北京企展边缘计算为普通合伙人，认缴出资额为人民币5,000万元，出资比例为41.67%；而有限合伙人I及有限合伙人II为有限合伙人，分别认缴出资额为人民币5,000万元及人民币2,000万元，分别的出资比例为41.67%及16.67%。集团持有企通富源41.67%权益。北京企展边缘计算的认缴出资额会以集团内部资源拨付。
同日，企通富源与雅亿共创及陈展生订立海南雅亿合伙协议，共同投资于海南雅亿共赢科技合伙企业(有限合伙)(“海南雅亿合伙”)。各方同意向海南雅亿合伙以现金出资，海南雅亿合伙的认缴出资总额为人民币2亿元，其中雅亿共创为普通合伙人，认缴出资额为人民币3,000万元，出资比例为15%；而企通富源及陈展生为有限合伙人，分别认缴出资额为人民币12,000万元及人民币5,000万元，分别的出资比例为60%及25%。企通富源的认缴出资额将会以其合伙人的认缴出资总额为人民币1.2亿元拨付。
