智通财经APP获悉，提供国防和空间站设备、并正在开发空间站的Voyager Technologies公司向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交了IPO申请，拟筹集至多1亿美元资金。
Voyager是一家国防技术与太空解决方案公司，业务涵盖三大板块：国防与国家安全部门提供通信技术、制导导航与控制、信号情报及国防系统;太空解决方案部门提供空间基础设施、先进空间技术、科学系统及任务服务;Starlab空间站部门则计划打造接替国际空间站(ISS)的商业空间站。其核心合作伙伴与客户包括Palantir、美国国家航空航天局(NASA)、洛克希德·马丁、美国空军以及Sierra Space等。
该公司成立于2019年，在截至2025年3月31日的12个月内实现营收1.48亿美元。该公司计划在纽约证券交易所上市，股票代码为VOYG。
Voyager Technologies曾于2025年1月21日秘密递交上市申请。摩根士丹利、摩根大通、巴克莱、杰富瑞、美国银行证券、KeyBanc资本市场、野村证券和WR证券将担任本次发行的联席账簿管理人。目前尚未披露定价条款。
