根据招商证券资产管理有限公司申请，本所自2025年5月21日起采用协商成交、点击成交、询价成交、竞买成交方式为“招商证券-华鑫信托月影1号第5期资产支持专项计划”（以下简称“月影1号第5期”）提供转让服务。现就有关事项公告如下：

一、持有深圳A股证券账户和基金账户的专业投资者可以参与“月影1号第5期”的转让业务。

二、“月影1号第5期”设立日期为2025年4月17日。优先级资产支持证券如下：证券简称“1月影5A”，证券代码为“146342”，到期日为2026年4月27日，还本付息方式为存在提前兑付并支付对应部分利息。次优级资产支持证券如下：证券简称“1月影5B”，证券代码为“146343”，到期日为2026年4月27日，还本付息方式为存在提前兑付并支付对应部分利息。次级资产支持证券如下：证券简称“1月影5C”，证券代码为“146344”，到期日为2027年1月26日，还本付息方式为存在提前兑付并支付对应部分利息。

三、对首次参加“月影1号第5期”转让业务的投资者，本所会员应当在其参与转让业务前，进行全面的相关业务规则介绍，充分揭示可能产生的风险，并要求其在参与转让业务前签署风险揭示书。

四、“月影1号第5期”转让及相关事宜适用《深圳证券交易所债券交易规则》及其他相关规则。
