消息面上，富智康集团(02038)曾于4月公布，建议股份10合1。生效后，每手买卖单位维持1,000股不变。股份合并预期5月20日生效。公司表示，期望通过股份合并提升吸引力，令投资者更有意愿投资合并股份，并扩大机构及专业投资者的股东基础。
此外，据证券时报报道，5月19日，英伟达CEO黄仁勋在Computex2025开幕演讲中宣布，英伟达将联合台积电、富士康在中国台湾建立AI超级计算机。同时，鸿海旗下工业富联董事长郑弘孟表示，鸿海会以英伟达GB200和GB300人工智能芯片平台为核心，在全球打造更多的运算中心。
