【力拓与智利国家铜业将合作开发马里昆加盐湖锂项目 拟向合资企业投入至多9亿美元】金十数据5月20日讯，力拓与智利国家铜业公司5月19日宣布签署有约束力协议，将组建合资企业开发和运营智利马里昆加盐湖锂项目。该交易预计明年一季度末完成。根据协议，力拓将收购马里昆加盐湖有限公司49.99%的股权。智利国家铜业通过该公司持有马里昆加盐湖的许可证和采矿特许权。力拓表示，将向马里昆加盐湖有限公司投入3.5亿美元初始资金，用于后续研究和资源分析，以推进项目直至最终投资决策。一旦决定推进项目，力拓将向该公司投资5亿美元，用于支付建设成本。若合资企业实现到2030年交付首批锂的目标，力拓还将向该公司注资5000万美元。
