5月19日上午消息，麦当劳中国正式启动2025年全国招聘周。今年，在持续数字化转型的背景下，麦当劳核心招募六大餐厅岗位，包括餐厅值班主管、餐厅员工、社区品牌合伙人、美味大厨、共享清洁员工和共享维保员工。

　　据介绍，相比传统的餐厅岗位，在工作内容上，升级后的岗位依托RGM BOSS智能管理系统优化人员、货品及设备管理，让不同岗位员工得以运用自己的技术专长，更好地服务顾客，同时也有更多时间和精力走进社区，服务社区；另一方面在岗位类型上，有全职、兼职，更有共享岗位支持跨店协作。

　　麦当劳中国首席人员官王艳伟表示，“今年我们将继续通过提供多元化岗位、发展人才能力和增强工作幸福感等措施，助力人才高质量就业。”
