智通财经APP获悉，部分半导体股逆市上扬，截至发稿，华虹半导体(01347)涨4.18%，报31.15港元；脑洞科技(02203)涨3.89%，报0.187港元；中芯国际(00981)涨2.16%，报42.6港元；上海复旦(01385)涨0.19%，报26.35港元。
消息面上，据报道，英伟达首席执行官黄仁勋表示，由于美国政府限制Hopper架构的H20芯片出口至中国，公司正重新审视中国市场战略，但未来不会再推出Hopper系列芯片。万联证券表示，H20贸易管制力度加大，或导致英伟达在中国市场份额有所流失，国内AI芯片厂商有望承接更多市场份额。东莞证券指出，受益AI驱动需求复苏和关键领域国产替代持续推进，半导体行业自2023年下半年以来逐步进入景气复苏周期，且2024年、2025年一季度营收、净利润维持增长态势，盈利能力也从2024年下半年开始逐步修复，并于25Q1实现同比正向增长。
