本报拉萨5月18日讯（记者 刘斯宇）近日，西藏自治区残疾人联合会与中国联合网络通信有限公司西藏自治区分公司在拉萨正式签署战略合作协议，助力残障人士共享数字时代红利。

据了解，协议为残疾人群体定制专属优惠资费套餐，提供语音、流量及智慧家庭产品定向支持，同时优化自有平台无障碍功能，设置了视障、听障等群体的资费套餐，通过探索“科技助残”新模式，用数字化手段提升残疾人生活品质，推动信息无障碍服务普及。“此次战略合作是技术与服务的深度融合，更是社会责任与公益情怀的生动实践。”拉萨市残联党组书记、理事长德琼表示。

据了解，此次战略合作的签订，进一步深化了双方协作机制，满足了西藏残疾人群体日益多样化的通信服务需求。
