智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，5月16日，美的集团(00300)股东将股票由Merrill Lynch FarEast Limited转入花旗银行，转仓市值12.55亿港元，占比2.47%。
5月12日，美的集团与喜德瑞集团签署多项战略协议，包括美的收购喜德瑞中国现有业务，涵盖生产制造、销售网络及核心技术；根据品牌授权协议，美的在中国市场继续相关品牌，完善其多品牌矩阵；喜德瑞集团在华保留精简的供应链业务，专注全球战略采购；收购完成后，美的将为喜德瑞集团广泛的海外市场供应锅炉产品及服务。
