　　纷美包装（00468）发布公告，公司接获联交所日期为2025年5月12日的函件，函件载列以下公司股份恢复买卖的复牌指引：

　　（i）恢复上市规则第8.08（1）（a）条项下规定的最低公众持股量；（ii）按上市规则之规定刊发所有尚未公布的财务业绩及处理任何审计修订；

　　（iii）就该等事项进行独立法证调查，评估对公司业务营运及财务状况的影响，公布调查结果，并采取适当的补救行动；（iv）证明集团管理层及╱或对公司管理和运营有重大影响的任何人士的诚信、胜任能力及╱或品格不存在可能对投资者构成风险及损害市场信心的合理监管忧虑；

　　（v）进行独立内部控制审查，并证明公司设有充足的内部控制及程序，足以符合上市规则的规定；（vi）证明公司已遵守上市规则第13.24条；（vii）向市场公布所有重要资料，供公司股东及其他投资者评估其状况。
