路透5月19日 - 投资公司黑石基础设施(Blackstone Infrastructure)BX.N 将斥资115 亿美元（包括债务）收购公用事业公司 TXNM Energy TXNM.N，押注美国电力需求的增长及向清洁能源的转型。
TXNM的股价一度上涨 8.3%，至 57.29 美元，创下历史新高，黑石的全现金交易对这家总部位于新墨西哥州的公用事业公司的估值为每股 61.25 美元，较该股前收盘价溢价约15%。
由于人工智能和加密货币数据中心的能源需求日益增长，以及住宅和商业消费的增加，预计 2025 年美国的电力需求将达到创纪录的水平，因此越来越多的公司开始投资公用事业公司。
黑石管理著 600 亿美元的基础设施资产。该公司押注稳定、受监管的回报以及电网现代化的高资本需求使 TXNM 成为一个长期投资的合适对象。
富瑞(Jefferies)分析师在一份报告中表示，虽然收购价高于早先的预期，但对于 TXNM 这样的高增长公司而言，这并不是溢价。
黑石和TXNM的交易预计将于 2026 年下半年完成。该交易需要获得包括新墨西哥州公共监管委员会 (NMPRC) 在内的六家监管机构的批准。(完)
