5月17日，先锋基金发布关于董事长变更的公告，任命王重昆担任新一任董事长。正式任职日期为5月16日。

　　资料显示，王重昆曾于建设银行、中国信达资管、宏源证券等任职。曾任中国建设银行股份有限公司办公室法规处干事、秘书处秘书，中国信达资产管理公司总裁办公室秘书，宏源证券股份有限公司董事会秘书，信达澳银基金管理有限公司市场部市场总监、副总经理、总经理，领先生物农业股份有限公司副董事长兼战略规划委员会主席，丰图北控（宁波）投资管理有限公司投资经理，天一星辰（北京）科技有限公司副总经理。

　　今年以来先锋基金已发生多次高管变动。4月，先锋基金董事长Wong Leah Kuen、副总兼首席信息官吴越离任。2月底，先锋基金迎来新任总经理张帆，张帆曾任融通基金总经理。此前，指南针通过收购、拍卖等手段拿下先锋基金超95%股权，完成了实控人变更。

　　先锋基金管理有限公司（V-FUND）成立于2016年5月16日，公司股权结构如下：北京指南针科技发展股份有限公司持股95.0100%，北京福中达投资有限公司持股4.9900%。

　　数据显示，先锋基金最新规模27亿元，此前在2021年6月为50亿元，即近四年规模不增反降。
