消息面上，5月19日，小米汽车官方微博宣布，将于5月22日19点举行小米战略新品发布会。小米SUV车型YU7，自研手机SoC芯片玄戒O1和小米15SPro旗舰手机将于同日发布。雷军也在其个人微博同步发文称，这次重磅新品特别多：手机SoC芯片小米玄戒O1，小米15SPro，小米平板7 Ultra，小米首款SUV 小米yu7等。
值得关注的是，小米集团创始人、董事长兼CEO雷军在个人微博发布消息，小米自主研发设计的3nm制程手机处理器芯片玄戒O1即将亮相。据央视新闻报道，这是中国内地3nm芯片设计的一次突破，紧追国际先进水平。小米将成为继苹果、高通、联发科后，全球第四家发布自主研发设计3nm制程手机处理器芯片的企业。
