中新社香港5月18日电 香港特区政府财政司司长陈茂波18日表示，环球资金逐渐向龙头创科企业和具战略价值的未来产业汇聚，特区政府正加强“金融+创科”联动发展，大力培育具潜力的创科企业，并推动金融市场更全面发展，让两者相辅相成，把香港国际金融中心和国际创科中心的建设推上新台阶。

陈茂波在当日发表的网志中提到，香港恒生指数5月16日收报23345点，今年以来累计升幅约16%，跑赢其他主要市场。大市交投亦有所增加，4月平均每日成交超过2700亿元(港元，下同)，较去年同期上升1.4倍。即将来港上市的一家中国内地新能源龙头企业，将令香港今年的新股集资额累计超过600亿元，较去年同期多逾6倍，融资规模暂居全球首位。银行存款方面，截至3月，香港银行总存款额接近18万亿元。

他指出，香港推动创科研发与成果转化、支持科企成长，以及吸引重点企业落户等方面的成果愈见明显。香港投资管理有限公司目前已投资逾100个项目，并成功通过每1元的投资拉动4元的市场长期资本跟投，以汇聚更多国际耐心资本，持续赋能科技创新，为香港的经济发展和竞争力提升作出贡献。

陈茂波表示，在复杂多变的外围环境下，只要坚定目标，保持开放包容，持续发挥香港自身独特优势，必定可以在变局中实现高质量发展。(完)
