新地(00016.HK) 旗下西沙SIERRA SEA 1B期加推80个单位。新地副董事总经理雷霆表示，将于本周六(24日) 压轴推售241伙，当中，216伙为价单单位，另25伙属招标单位。
新地代理执行董事陈汉麟表示，新一张价单的80伙，以价单计市值5.5亿元，折实呎价12,055元，折实售价332.43万起。
本周六推售的216个价单单位，以价单计市值逾14亿，涉及18个一房、164个两房及34个三房户。折实售价由325.89万至1,102.19万，折实呎价9,951至13,761元，折实均呎11,952元。至于特色单位，发展商将推出7个顶层特色户及18个花园特色户。
