全球投资公司 Brookfield 旗下电池制造商 Clarios 周二宣布，正为其在美国建设的一座最高投资额达 10 亿美元的关键矿物加工与回收工厂选址，目前三个州的候选地点进入最终竞争阶段。

　　Clarios 在一份声明中表示，该计划得益于近期的行政命令，并将利用联邦先进制造业税收抵免政策，是这家汽车电池制造商加强美国本土关键矿物供应战略的一部分。

　　该公司已完成初步选址评估，目前正与印第安纳州、德克萨斯州和犹他州就可能的投资地点进行接洽。

　　Clarios 首席执行官马克・华莱士（Mark Wallace）表示：“我们很高兴宣布深化美国投资战略的下一步计划。”

　　这座工厂将从回收材料中提取锑和其他关键矿物。

　　锑是生产弹药、夜视镜、红外传感器和精密光学器件的关键材料。自中国去年 9 月对锑及其他元素实施出口管制后，全球（除中国外）陷入供应短缺，推动这种战略金属的国际价格飙升。

　　声明称：“美国政府近期发布的行政命令强调了这些矿物对国家安全和经济增长的重要性，旨在增加供应并减少对外国来源的依赖。”

　　“通过投资关键矿物加工与回收，Clarios 正在支持这些国家安全优先事项，并为增强美国供应链韧性做出贡献。”

　　Clarios 今年 1 月曾撤回其在美国的首次公开募股（IPO）计划。
