Momentus Inc. held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 19, 2025. During the meeting, all three nominated directors, Brian Kabot, Mitchel B. Kugler, and Kimberly A. Reed, were elected. The appointment of Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP as the independent auditors for the 2025 fiscal year was ratified. The repricing of certain existing warrants issued to an institutional investor was approved. The issuance of Class A common stock related to inducement warrants, convertible notes and warrants, and the conversion of certain Preferred Stock into Class A common stock were all approved. An amendment to increase the number of shares available under the 2021 Equity Incentive Plan was also approved.
