智通财经APP讯，中国淀粉(03838)发布公告，于2025年5月20日，本公司间接非全资附属公司德能金玉米(作为买方)已与上海神农(作为卖方)订立设备购置合同，上海神农同意出售，而德能金玉米同意购买该设备(“SN”型循环浓缩蒸发器(99吨/小时)及系统控制软件)，总代价为人民币2060万元。
德能金玉米已启动玉米淀粉生产项目，主要涉及对部分现有生产车间、仓库及配套设施进行拆除与重建，以及其中一条淀粉生产线及其副产品的升级和扩建。根据设备购置合同收购该设备，目的是扩大集团生产基地的营运，将有利于生产工序的现代化发展，提高产量，并改善本集团的整体生产效率。
