于本公告日期，目标公司的主要资产为位于慈溪市宗汉街道明州西路 299号房地产，该物业目前出租予该集团。

通过收购事项，该集团将取得目标公司的全部股权，进而取得目标公司所拥有的相关物业所有权及土地的土地使用权，从而确保集团持有的医院的业务和长期运营的稳定性。此外，收购事项亦使集团添置医疗卫生用途的房屋及土地等有价值且升值物业，从而增强集团的资产组合。因此，透过收购目标公司全部股权，该集团将不仅获得医疗业务所需的重要资产，亦将提升资产价值。收购事项符合集团于医疗保健领域实现可持续增长及卓越营运的长期目标。
