IHS Holding (IHS) said Tuesday it has agreed to sell 100% of its Rwanda business for an enterprise value of $274.5 million to Paradigm Tower Ventures.
The company said it expects to close the transaction in H2.
IHS shares were up 1.4% in recent premarket activity.
