　　近日，碧桂园地产集团有限公司公告披露，因未能按时披露2024年中期报告，收到上海证券交易所纪律处分决定书。

　　公告显示，碧桂园地产集团有限公司（以下简称发行人）自2019年11月至2020年11月期间发行了19碧地03、20碧地04等公司债券，相关债券在上海证券交易所上市交易。作为公司债券发行人，发行人应当在2024年8月31日前披露2024年中期报告，但其未在法定期限内披露，直至2025年2月24日才完成披露。
