智通财经APP获悉，阜博集团(03738)涨超8%，截至发稿，涨8.5%，报3.83港元，成交额8601.89万港元。
消息面上，阜博集团近日公布，5月16日，公司拟向投资者(浦银国际投资管理有限公司)发行本金金额为9880万港元的可换股债券。可换股债券的初始换股价3.80港元较5月16日收市价溢价约11.11%；可兑换新股占扩大后股本1.12%。所得款项净额的65%用以开发及投资人工智能生成内容(AIGC)相关业务、10%用于偿还计息借款及所得款项净额25%用于一般营运资金用途以促进集团的营运活动。
招商证券指出，近年来公司秉承订阅服务为基础的商业模式，长期稳定服务全球顶级内容方，通过多样增值服务实现IP产权价值最大化。伴随着AIGC技术不断发展，公司紧跟时代浪潮，业务规模有望快速提升。考虑到公司订阅&增值业务迅速增长，积极拥抱AI逐步提升业务营运效率，该行预计公司2025-2027 年分别实现营业收入28.03/35.31/44.80 亿元，归母净利润1.86/2.51/3.42 亿元。
