美联储副主席Philip Jefferson表示，央行必须确保政策变化引起的任何价格上涨不会导致通胀持续上升。

　　美国总统唐纳德·特朗普已对许多美国贸易伙伴征收全面新关税，同时提议并实施其他移民和监管政策改革。经济学家普遍预计，贸易政策的变化将对通胀构成上行压力，并抑制经济增长，尽管关税的最终规模及对经济的潜在影响仍存在很大不确定性。

　　“我认为，重要的是货币政策必须确保价格的任何上涨不会转化为通胀的持续上升，”Jefferson周一在佛罗里达州费尔南迪纳比奇举行的亚特兰大联储2025年金融市场会议上表示。

　　他补充道：“鉴于我们当前面临的不确定性水平，我认为采取观望态度，观察这些政策如何随时间演变及其产生的影响是合适的。”

　　在经济形势稳健、特朗普政策及前景充满不确定性的背景下，美联储官员今年尚未调整基准利率。

　　Jefferson表示美联储的政策立场处于“非常好的位置”，并对经济有“适度限制性”。
