5月20日，宁德时代H股在港交所主板上市。宁德时代港股上市首日高开12.55%，报296港元，发行价为263港元。

另外，宁德时代19日暗盘交易高开约7%，暗盘收盘涨9%至每股287港元，成交额超过3.38亿港元。

根据公告，宁德时代本次发售价为每股263港元。发行计划总规模为1.18亿股，另设有发售量调整权及超额配股权，若上述权利获全额行使，按发行价上限计算，募资总额预计将在40亿至50亿美元，或将成为近年来港股市场规模最大的IPO项目之一。

据招股书，宁德时代本次港股IPO募集资金的90%将投向匈牙利项目第一期及第二期建设，进一步提升本地化供应能力，巩固公司在新能源领域的全球领先地位。

财报显示，公司2024年全年实现营业收入3620.13亿元，归属于母公司股东的净利润达507.45亿元，同比增长15.01%。2025年第一季度，公司营业收入达847.05亿元，归母净利润为139.63亿元，同比增长32.85%。
