EDU Holdings (ASX:EDU) will buy back unmarketable parcel of shares at a price of AU$0.165 per share, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The price matches the planned offer under the equal access buyback to be implemented as part of the company's previously disclosed delisting from the ASX, per the filing.
The unmarketable parcels held by shareholders represent roughly 0.03% of the company's issued share capital.
