欧盟委员会文件显示，因某国监管机构请求接管审查，欧盟反垄断监管机构已延长对意大利联合信贷银行（UniCredit）收购其较小竞争对手意大利联合银行（Banco BPM）交易的裁决期限。

　　欧盟竞争执法机构网站显示，某国家机构于 5 月 14 日提交了审查请求，但未披露具体国家。该机构表示目前正在评估这一请求。

　　欧盟委员会原本设定 6 月 4 日为裁决最后期限，现决定将在 6 月 19 日前就是否无条件批准交易、附条件批准交易、展开全面调查或移交国家监管机构作出决定。

　　意大利竞争监管机构拒绝置评。意大利政府已通过其 “黄金权力” 法律对该交易设定了条件。
