中集集团H股今日上午复牌，除净日更改至5月30日
中集集团（000039/02039）发布公告，宣布其H股自2025年5月19日下午13时起暂停交易，并计划于2025年5月20日上午9时恢复交易。暂停交易的原因是需要更改H股的除净日和暂停办理股份过户登记的相关安排，以符合香港上市规则的要求。
公告中提到，H股的末期股息为每股0.176元，折合为每股0.191港元。除净日更改为2025年5月30日，股份过户登记的最后时限为2025年6月2日下午16时30分，暂停办理股份过户登记的日期为2025年6月3日至6月6日，记录日期为2025年6月6日，预计股息支付日期为2025年7月11日。
此外，公告还提及了与股息相关的代扣税信息，非居民企业和个人股东的税率分别为10%和20%。公司将根据相关税率代扣代缴税款。
2025年一季度，中集集团实现收入360.26亿元，归母净利润5.44亿元。
